Now, we certainly can’t speak for others, but we have heard from time to time from customers that one of their biggest complaints with other plumbers is the wait time for service. Rest assured, here we put emergencies first. Our repeat customers who know us well will tell you that we’ve left their jobs to take care of emergency problems when calls for them come in. Each situation is certainly different, but usually customers who are having a non-emergency repair or service done will be quite willing to have us tend to other customers with emergency problems before finishing their service. To many people, these types of circumstances are very unsettling because the simple truth is we rely on water more than we even know. If you have to go without another modern service like electricity, sure it’s pretty miserable to be without lights, a refrigerator and a microwave, and smartphones and other electronic media devices. But there are alternatives for electricity such as candles, generators and batteries, including car chargers. When a plumbing emergency hits, things come to a halt. You might have some gallon jugs of emergency drinking water stored in your pantry, but there’s still no alternative to having water. Water is essential to daily living for consumption, cleaning, flushing, delivering heat and more. If there is any reason a part is unavailable to match what you have, we always have specialty connectors to get you by so that you will be able to turn on the water again until the pipe is completely fixed. The last thing we want to hear is that individuals in this community go without necessary plumbing services for fear of being charged sky high prices for emergency services. We certainly don’t want to see anyone overcharged by any of the commercial franchises offering emergency services either.
